Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off Shipment
Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
